Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and then click the Order now button. You will then be asked to complete a mail order form. We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, American Express, Access and Delta cards for mail order transactions.. We cannot process mail order transactions with VISA electron or solo cards, only if you purchase the item directly from our store. If purchasing by credit card, delivery of goods can only be made to the registered address of the credit card holder. For security reasons this information will be checked with the bank of the credit holder prior to despatch to verify that they match.. We can currently only supply products to the UK and Channel Islands. Postage & Packing Prices for delivery :

Delivery

Place your order for in-stock items up to 2.00 pm Monday to Friday and subject to your credit card being authorised and barring system failure, we will ship on a courier service within 24 hours. This is part of the standard delivery charge associated with your order and is not a guaranteed service. We advise you to ensure somebody be present at the delivery address since all items are shipped by courier and a signature will be required upon delivery. If no -one is at home the courier will leave a card under your door, enabling to re-arrange a delivery time, or for you to pick it up from their local depot.

Back order

We will contact you if the item is not in stock and you will asked if you wish to place the item on back order. If so we will back order the item for you. Normally, back order takes 3-4 days, if the manufacturer has the item in stock. If you do not wish to order the item, we will refund you your money.

Collection from our store

If you prefer to collect items from our store, you must mention that you have seen our website on the Internet. All products picked up from our store are subject to a £10 handling charge. Our opening hours for collection are

Credit Card Security

Security is always a concern whenever online commerce and payments are involved. To address this, Hendon Car Stereo Centre puts all its servers behind firewalls (a security device), backs up customer data frequently, and uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for credit card orders.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All products come with a manufacturers one year warranty. Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, please check compatibility prior to purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If within 7 working days of receiving the goods, but BEFORE installing the product, you decide that the product is unsuitable please return the item to us and we will refund the item on receipt of the goods within a couple of days. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that goods are returned suitably packaged and undamaged, using a method whereby proof of delivery can be obtained where necessary. Returns not complying with these terms will be refused.

Complaints
All complaints received on-line, by fax or telephone will be answered within 48 hours. We will do our utmost to resolve any complaint within 48 hours.

Hendon Car Stereo Centre do not disclose buyers information to third parties. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully ( in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will not pass your e-mail address to other trusted traders unless you agree. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code. We will not transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area). We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site.
