This morning I phoned your shop to ask advice about repairing a Kenwood CD multi-player and ordering a replacement. I have used your web site to buy car audio equipment before and already recommend it to all my friends. However, I was so impressed with the staff at the shop that I was actually moved to write and let you know. I have contacted several car audio shops about repairing my multi-player recently but none matched the level of service I received from Hendon Car Stereo. I do not know the name of the man I spoke to on the phone but I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the advice he gave me, his knowledge and most importantly his politeness and friendly telephone manner. While other shops only quoted me a repair cost, your salesman took the time to listen to my problem and to discuss whether this would be the most cost effective option for me to take. Please pass on my comments to the salesman and thank him for restoring my faith in customer service!!
